Workforce Services offers consulting services, organizational development support, electronic media services, and funding.

Virginia Department of Minority Business Enterprise (VDMBE)

VDMBE provides direct assistance to disadvantaged business owners, state and federal agency procurement officials, the Commonwealth's Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and prime contractors. VDMBE's Service Division provides management and technical assistance.
